· Title Search / Abstract

· Prepare Title Binders

· Order Payoffs

· Document Preparation

· Prepare HUD or Closing Statements

· Record Mortgages, Deeds and other documents, as required

· Obtain Mortgage Satisfactions

· Lenders and Owners Title Insurance

· Disburse Funds
