Alice B. Smith, Title Agent and Owner of Capital Title, has 20 years of experience in real estate closings. She began her career with Lincoln Title Company in Glendale, California before moving to Spartanburg, SC as a real estate closing paralegal for a local law firm. In 1999 she opened Capital Title Agency, Inc. in Spartanburg, SC.

Our staff has over 40 years of combined experience in processing real estate closings with a primary focus on residential purchases and refinancing transactions. Capital Title ensures that the client’s interests are looked after through the continued education of its staff. Staff members regularly attend training seminars and many have earned Certificate of Achievements from Land Title Institute.
