Capital Title Agency, Inc., established in 1999, is a full service Real Estate Closing Coordinator. We coordinate, on behalf of our Principals, real estate closing transactions. With over 600 purchase and refinance closings annually, Capital Title is positioned to ensure that your closings are handled efficiently.

Capital Title currently coordinates closings for our Principal, attorney John C. Gutierrez in Spartanburg, South Carolina. By utilizing Capital Title, the attorneys are better able to focus on the client’s needs and those parts of the real estate transaction that require an attorney’s knowledge and expertise.

Capital Title’s only business is assisting our Principals, the attorneys, with the real estate closing transaction. Under their supervision, Capital Title ensures that each and every closing is handled promptly and professionally.
